Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Xin Puente collects through this site, why, and how you can control it, in line with the Mexican personal-data protection law (LFPDPPP). In short: we use your email and answers to send your report and reply to you, we introduce you to an independent provider only if you ask, and you can access, correct, delete or object by emailing hola@xinpuente.com. Last updated 27 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The party responsible for your personal data is Ciao Bella Marketing, LLC, the owner and operator of Xin Puente ("we"), with its address for notices at 1032 E Brandon Blvd, PMB 4532, Brandon, FL 33511-5509, United States. You can reach us at hola@xinpuente.com. This is also where you send privacy requests.

What data we collect

Your email address; optionally your name, company and WeChat ID; the answers you give in the assessment and its result; what you write in an application or form; and basic visit data (pages visited, language, device type).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not send it.

Why we use it

To send you your report, to reply to you, to review applications, and to improve the site. We introduce you to an independent provider only with your consent, when you ask for an introduction.

We may contact you about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who receives it

The service providers we use to run the site, email and our contact records (hosting, email and CRM). They process data on our behalf.

An independent provider receives your details only when you ask us to introduce you. We do not sell your data.

Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawing consent

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent, by emailing hola@xinpuente.com from the address you used. Tell us what you want and we will reply as the law requires.

Visit data, cookies and analytics

We count visits with simple first-party counters and, in aggregate, with Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser stores your language choice and a draft of your answers on your own device.

International transfers

Some of our providers store data on servers outside Mexico, including in the United States. By using the site and accepting this notice you consent to these transfers, which are limited to running the service.

Provider data

If a firm joins the directory we collect the firm name, categories, cities, languages, licence type and number, years, a specialty paragraph, a contact email and, optionally, a website. The licence number is used only to check public records. The public card never shows the name, email, website or licence number.

Introduction requests

When you request introductions we use your email, company, project line, city, timing and, if you have taken the assessment, your score. A summary of the project, without your name, goes to the matched providers. Your name and email go to a provider only after that provider accepts the introduction.

CVs and job applications

When you apply to a job we collect your name, email, city, languages, your answers and, if you upload one, your CV (a PDF, stored privately). They are sent only to the employer of that post. CVs and applications are deleted 12 months after the post closes. Employers who post a job give us the post, a contact email and a website or tax ID to check them, which is never shown.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as the purposes above need. The introduction log (introduction ID, date and the two parties) is kept for as long as a referral fee can apply, at least 18 months from the introduction date. You can ask us to delete other data at any time.

Changes

We will post any change on this page with a new date. Last updated 27 October 2026.
