What Xin Puente is

Xin Puente is an information, marketing and introduction platform. It works like a directory: it explains topics, offers tools, and introduces companies to independent providers such as customs brokers, NOM labs, lawyers, notaries and accountants.

Xin Puente (xinpuente.com) is owned and operated by Ciao Bella Marketing, LLC, a marketing company registered in the United States (mailing address: 1032 E Brandon Blvd, PMB 4532, Brandon, FL 33511-5509, United States). In these terms, "Xin Puente" and "we" mean Ciao Bella Marketing, LLC.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we are not

We are not a law firm, notary, accounting firm, customs broker, importer of record, NOM certification body, bank or legal representative. We do not file customs, tax or corporate documents for you, and we do not hold your money.

We give no legal, tax, customs, accounting or investment advice. No attorney-client or other professional relationship is created by using the site, by sending us a form or by reading a report or a guide.

Independent providers

Providers we list or introduce are independent. We do not employ, control, endorse or guarantee them or their work. Labels such as "checked" or "licensed" mean only that we looked at public records at that time; records change and we may be wrong.

You must do your own due diligence before you hire anyone. Contracts, payments, results and liability are solely between you and the provider.

Guides, news, tools and glossary

The guides, news briefs, tariff lookup, landed-cost calculator and glossary are general information. They may be out of date or incomplete, rules change, and a figure is an estimate, not a quote or an official classification.

Confirm everything with a licensed professional before you act on it.

The instant assessment report

The Mexico readiness report is generated automatically from the answers you give, using fixed rules and automation. It is not a professional opinion, a legal or customs review, or an approval of any product.

A score or a list of partners is only a starting point. It does not predict an outcome.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee sales, approvals, certifications, customs clearance, timelines, search rankings or any other result.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xin Puente is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, cost or damage arising from the use of the site, from the content, from the providers we introduce, or from third-party links.

Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your responsibilities

Give true and complete information. Do not use the site for unlawful purposes. Do not submit prohibited or restricted goods, or products you are not entitled to sell.

Referral fees

We may receive referral fees from providers or partners, and we say so on the relevant pages. A fee never makes a provider our employee, and you choose who you work with.

Third-party links and trademarks

Links lead to sites we do not control. Names and trademarks, including those of SAT, IMPI, Mercado Libre and other organizations, belong to their owners. We have no affiliation with them.

Governing law, courts and language

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. The courts of Mexico City have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you another right.

The Chinese and English versions are translations. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

Directory and introductions

The directory shows anonymous cards of independent providers: category, city, languages, years and specialty, with no name or contact. Names and emails are shared only after a provider accepts an introduction request, and only with the parties of that introduction.

Order on the site: providers marked "Recommended · paid placement" come first, then the rest by fit. Paid placement is always labelled. We may receive fees from providers, including a referral fee when an introduced client hires them (see the Partner Terms).

"Licence checked" means we looked at public records on the date shown. We do not employ, control, guarantee or endorse any provider, and we are not a party to your contract with them.

Job board

The job board is a posting board. Xin Puente is not an employer, recruiter or placement agency, does not choose or sign anyone, and does not hold money. Applications go straight to the employer that posted the job.

We never charge candidates. Never pay anyone and never send ID copies in order to apply. Employers are responsible for posts and hiring that are lawful and non-discriminatory, with a salary range and no fees to candidates. We may refuse, correct or remove any post.

A CV and answers are sent only to the employer of that post. Posts are free during the launch; prices apply later, announced beforehand.
